Неплохая тема для хорошего форума. Если вы так не думайте, то не пищите сюда и всё!
Я думаю это не сложно!

I am a CFA judge and have had the pleasure of judging for Rolandus in March 2006. I will be back soon March 2007 and visited the web site to pick up a flyer for the show. I really enjoyed the 2007 yearbook--wish I could read crylic-though the pictures are lovely and the book is of very high quality. See you soon.

Dear Lynne Tomson!
Answering your letter to us, we wish to agree with you, that the name of
breed of cats the Sphynx is a Brand. But simultaneously we wish to note,
that the naked kind of such cats became a synonym for the name of other
naked cats by analogy. We agree, that their genotype and inheritance of
genes are distinguished (recessive and Dominant or prepotent), and names
differ only the added place names of places of occurrence of these new
breeds of cats that are close on a phenotype. There was a general (common)
name for cats of REX breeds. It is by analogy from the name of curly
rabbits.
If you remember there are Cornish Rex, Devon Rex, German Rex, Urals
Mountains Rex, etc. At them also their genotypes are distinguished (various)
- there is an inheritance recessive - Cornish rex (as the same inheritance
has the Canadian sphinx). But the other Rexes have also a prepotent -
Dominant inheritance as it has the Don and Petersburg sphynx.
More, for that many Feline organizations have agreed with similar decision
or resolution and have come to the decision to legalize breeds of cats with
these (sphynx) names.
It seems to me, that it correctly and logically.
In the TICA Feline organization the cat breed Don sphynx is registered under
the name "DONSKOY" without a word sphynx.
But it is only the decision of the one of a lot of Feline organizations to
use various names and the codes of cat breeds. Our organization, as well as
many other things agrees - to enter with other decision into the name of
naked breeds a word a sphynx.
Thus it will be possible to unite these breeds at exhibitions for
convenience of an exposition, refereeing and rewarding on groops.
An example: long-haired breeds of cats, semi longhaired, short-haired,
oriental east cats, and now sphinxes. Logically it?
I believe, - yes. And You? Has your opinion
changed now?
We shall look forward to hearing from you (to your reply). We respect yours
faithfully and tolerantly and concern to any individual opinion of the
people loving(liking) cats.
We wish you a sound health, successes in cultivation of our favorites -
cats and good Lack and mood.
Elena Biriukova - breeder of one more new breed of hairless cat with
folded ears - named Ukraine Levkoy - new cat breed that is only in period
of its creation ( only passed 4-5 years and has nearly 120 such cats).
Welcome to site www.ukrainlevkoy.narod.ru / http://levkoy.com to read
about this cat breed and to see photography's of these cats.

Your listings for Sphynx breeders are all for Don Hairless cat breeders also known as Donskoy. They are not Sphynx, not related to Sphynx, not genetically even close to Sphynx and should not be allowed to use the word Sphynx to promote the Don Hairless breed. Sphynx does not mean hairless like Rex means curly. It is a name given to a specific breed of natural mutation cat originating in Canada carrying a recessvie gene for hairlessness. The Don or Donskoy is a dominant gene that is not hairless but a 'hair loss' whereby the kittens are born with hair and then they lose it. I think that you should change you web site and offer listings for cat breeders of Sphynx and cat breeders of Donskoy or Don Hairless as separate breeds. I've been breeding Sphynx cats for 15 years. It's time that someone stopped this misconception.
Regards,
Lynne Thomas
